My Great-grandparents were married in about 1885 in either Iowa or Kansas. John IRWIN was born in Harrisburg, PA on August 31, 1855. Estella ROBINSON was born November 18, 1864 in Clarksville\Waterloo, Iowa. Corrected birth certificates of two of their children (Don 1888 [my grandfather]and Grace 1891) say that they were born El Reno, OK. not Winfield, KS.

John had a grocery store or was an employee in Winfield, KS or Wellington, went bankrupt, hard times, moved around. I believe he is listed in the 1910 Kansas Census.

[1]Estella ROBINSON's parents and family(possibly Milton Robinson was her father). Estella's brothers and sisters were: George, Louis W. - married Nellie Rose, Mod, and Frank Robinson. My Grandmother Amy Pearl GOULD said that Estella was a school teacher in KS.

Both John IRWIN and Estella V. ROBINSON died in Tarkio, MO --- (1924 and October 05, 1920 respectively).
