I am looking for information on the Bland family. My grandfather was born in Little River, KS in 1879. His fathers name was E. E. Bland and his mothers name was Martha Ellenwood. My grandfathers name was Abraham Dick Bland. I wrote for my grandfathers birth certificate from Rice County and was told they did not start keeping birth certificates until around 1910. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
