Looking for information on the family of Nettie Brady. They are listed in the 1900 census as living in Beloit, Mitchell Co, KS. She was born Dec/1855 in NY. Children listed are John P. born Nov/1881 in PA, Mary A. born July/1884 in PA and Gertrude H. born Oct/1886 in KS. Nettie had another daughter Mae Brady who is not listed in the 1900 census as living with her but who I found in a 1912 city directory for Mankato, Jewell County, Kansas. Jewell County is right next to Mitchell County. Also, Nettie Brady is listed as dying in Mankato in 1924. Nettie Brady's husband was Michael Brady. I assume he was dead by 1900. Nettie's maiden name is Carpenter. The John P Brady listed above is my great grandfather.
