I am looking for the parents of a Charles D.Tice.born 1924..married Maxine Minnie Hawkins.She born FEBUARY 11 1927 in Mo. they had the following children

this family lived in Liberal for many years. Charles was killed out by Kismet on the highway. he worked for the highway DEPARTMENT of kansas.freak accident and died in late 1960.
