This past weekend, a distant relative told
me that my husband's ggrandmother, ELIZABETH
"LIZZIE" ROOT CONGER, died of tuberculosis and was buried in Seward County, KS, in 1896.
She had been living with her husband in Meade
County, KS, prior to her death. Only his 2nd
wife is next to him in the Graceland Cemetery
at Meade, not 1st wife "Lizzie."
I would be grateful for any information
about her. The only info I have about her is the year of her birth (1872)and death.
Also, can anyone tell me the location of
the Floris Cemetery? I believe it to be
located in either Seward Co. or Beaver Co.,
OK. My paternal grandparents are buried there.
