I am the great granddaughter of Samuel Watts who lived in Taw, Haskell County., KS He was the first postmaster March 17, 1886. I would like anyone that has a census of 1885 of the County or 1890 census, please look up Samuel Watts and verify who was in his household. My grandfather, Fred E. Watts was b. 7-14-1881, but I do not know where he was born, maybe, Haskell County.
