I am looking for my GreatGrandfather Henry Mead. His wife Alma Crawford Mead is buried in Buffalo, OK but I am told Grandpa is buried in Osborne County and maybe the town of Osborne. I have been told the Mead family had a ranch west of town and those would be cousins. My grandfather, Ulysses Grant Mead married a girl from there, possible last name of Clow. She died, maybe in childbirth, in Topeka. He married my Grandma Amy Steffee a year or so later, 1909. I would like to visit with any Mead or Clow family still in your county. I live in Topeka and am putting together the family history. Any help is appreciated.
