William I. CARTY b 1845 OH d 1927 Jefferson Co KS. He was a blacksmith living in Jennings Twp Decatur Co KS in 1880. His wife was Elvira M. (CHAMPLAIN) b 1855 IL and they had a daughter Jessie CARTY born 1879 in MO. About 1884 they were living in Jefferson Co KS where they both died in 1927 & 1937. Any info appreciated on this family willing to share.
