I found Elijah N. Hull, (1842 to 19??) and Lydia A. Hull (1839 to 1924) both listed as buried in the Iola Cemetery. The Doniphan county cemetery records I use does not list any of the children you mentioned or anyone with the name of surname of Rutter.
