My great-grandfather John B. Webber and my great-grandmother Tilda Larson were married on Nov. 18, 1890 in Wallace County (see http://www.ksgenweb.org/wallace/bride_lp.htm).
My question: does anyone know if the records also show the names of the parents? I think I have my great-grandfather traced back to the William Webber family of Jackson County Iowa, but I lack a definite proof. And I have almost no idea about the family of Tilda, other than that her parents were born in Sweden, and she was supposedly born in Missouri.
I don't think my great-grandparents stayed in Wallace County very long, as they had settled in Seattle a few years later. I kind of wonder how they got to Wallace County in the first place!
