Is there a Doniphan Co. Historical or Genealogical Society. I did not find one on the Kansas Society List. I am trying to confirm James M. Curtis death Feb 11, 1872. He and his family was in Doniphan Co. in the 1870 Census. His brother is WHH Curtis, one time mayor of Severance.
