I am researching a Bessie Gallagher married Murray J. Gallagher, born in Kapioma, KS. She was married first to an Ashcraft, first name unknown.
Bessie had a son,Charles George Ashcraft possibly at the age of 14 or 15 years of age.
Charles's father probably died soon after Charles was born and Bessie remarried to Gallagher.
Charles was born in Hamilton County, Ohio.
Bessie and her Ashcraft husband were both born in Kentucky.
