I am looking for information on the Wrights of Kiowa, Barber, Kansas. My g-grandfather was George Franklin Wright and the line is as follows:
Gen 1: Moses Wright b. 1787 NJ d. 1857 NJ
m. Phoebe Witsel b. 1788 d. 1841
Gen 2: Moses Wright, Jr. b. 1830 NJ d. KS
m. Sarah Elizabeth Vannaman
Gen 3: James Burdan Wright
m. Anna Faidley
Gen 4: George Franklin Wright
m. Georgiana Mabel Hull
I would like to know more about James Burdan Wright, the Vannaman family, and the Hull family. I believe all were in Barber County in the late 1800's. I have been unable to access census records for Barber County.

The Hull line is allied with Schoonovers from Ohio, who originally moved from PA. I am also looking for Schoonovers in Barber County.

Have lots of information on the Wright line, but little on the allied families. I have no other children for James Burdan Wright and Anna Faidley. Would love to hear from anyone who connects to these lines or who may have additional information. Will share what I have.
