I am a descendent of the James Wiley Young family that were from the Wakarusa Kansas area. Both James Wiley and Mary Ellen Hamilton Young are buried in the cemetery south of the town. When we were visiting this summer someone showed us where the old "Jim Young Place" was. We have been wondering if this Jim Young is James Wiley or his son James Wilson Young who is my great grandfather. the place was supposed to be used for barn dances, and social life, etc. My grandfather was born in Kansas and raised there until moving to Oklahoma. He mentioned playing a fiddle at county socials. Any other information any one has would be greatly appreciated. Elaine Young Christensen
