Searching for information about Robert SHAPEL, born Aug. 1859 in New York. He married first Emma GELLER, Nov. 22, 1883 in Allen County, Kansas. She died April 15, 1885 and is buried in the Iola Cemetry. They had one son, Robert Jr. born Aug. 1884. Robert then married Mary VANCIL they had several children all born in Allen County. Would like to know who Robert's parents were. Cenus records say they came from Germany.
