Looked up burial records for forest park cemetary. Laura L Foulk, Frank D Luce, Garnett F Luce 13 Dec 1893 to 28 Oct 1911 & C Earl Luce 21 Sept 1886 to 23 May 1937 are all buried together. These records haven't been updated for awhile, if you would like, I can go to cemetery & see if there are any others not listed.
Harper County does not keep any death certificates on file, have to go to state of kansas. don't have address with me but will do another post for that address. I know copy of death certif is $12.00 for 1st one. It would have the info you are looking for.
