Interested in information on Austin Davis. His mother was Betsy Ann Davis (May 02, 1844-October 04, 1876), daughter of Joel & Nancy (Stanley)Davis. She was born in Randolph County, North Carolina, as were most of her 10 siblings. By 1854 or 1856, the family was living in Warren County, Iowa. Betsey married my great-something grandfather, Daniel Frazier, sometime after his 3rd wife died in 1870. I understood that she was a widow as she had a child, Austin Davis (b abt 1870, IA), who Daniel and his daughters raised after Betsy's death (FYI, Betsy & Daniel had 2 children together, Nancy & David). By 1921, Austin was living in Winfield, Cowley County, Kansas. Anyone have any connections? I'm wondering where Austin came from.
