Thomas Edward/Edwin Moore, b. Sep. 1867/68, m. Rosa Belle Denniston 5 Feb 1893 in Greenwood Co., KS. I have a great deal on Rosa and her family and ancestry, and their descendants, but can't find much of anything on Thomas. we do know that he worked as an agent for the Frisco line at the time of his marriage. he and Rosa left Kansas before 1898, settling in Arkansas for a time, then moving on to California. Thomas' parents were J. Scott Moore and Martha K. __?__. we know almost nothing of them. J. Scott was b. Feb 1841 in OH, d. 1901-1905 in Prairie, Arkansas, Martha K. was b. May 1843 in OH, d. 1901 in Prairie, Washington, Arkansas. we have a minimal obituary for her, there isn't an obit. for him, and there's a double tombstone for them with only their names as I've listed them (no dates) in Zion cemetery. they have the same names in the 1900 census as they have on their tombstones and in Martha's obit., and I have no knowledge of J. Scott's first name. neither Thomas nor his parents show up in the census before 1900-not that we can find, and I've spent over 10 hours looking for them in the online census indexes. we don't know where Thomas and his parents were before 1893.
