Very much interested in corresponding with anyone with information concerning Blackman family that resided in Graham County in late 1890s and into 1900s. Many family members stayed in the area and one great-uncle Joyce Fairer Blackman was sheriff of Graham County for some time. Joyce was the son of James Foster Blackman and Mary Adeline Hunter.
