My following Purinton (aka Purington) ancestors were buried in either Oak Hill or Pioneer Cemetery in Lawrence. They were: David Purington (1807-1873), wife Jane (abt 1811-1860/70), Simeon (1847-1899), and Rebecca (1854-1922). Does anyone know what year the Oak Hill Cemetery opened, or how to find info on who is buried there? Also, if anyone would be so kind as to do a look up for me of ANY of these people I would be immensely grateful!
