Howard Hillis was born in Tenn.Jan 9,1896. He went west to Emporia, KS and was located there in 1920 doing odd jobs. About 1921 he married HAZEL ????, born Sep 6, 1902 in Americus.

I would like to know if anyone can tell me Hazel's last name and parents. It is possibly James & Eliza M (???)Humphry of Americus.

Probably married in Americus or Emporia as the family is listed on the 1930 Emporia Census.
