I am looking for information on Robert and Lorinda Johnson Dixon. These people are my GGGrandparents and both died near Belleville, Republic County, KS. Both were buried in Ashland County Cemetery, outside of Lincoln, NE, where Lorinda's parents were buried. Their son, John Leslie Dixon and his wife Henretta Sowers Dixon were living in Yuma Co., CO at the time of Roberts death. Robert had come out here about the same time as John Dixon did and homesteaded in the early 1900's, If anyone has any information on this family of Dixon's, I would love to share information. Robert has one living Grandaughter that we are certain of. She is my Grandmother and is 96 years old. We sure would like to find as much info on Robert's family if at all possible. He was born in PA in 1852 to Jonathan and Mary E. Dixon. This is as far back as I have been able to track the family. Any clues would be nice.
