I am searching for information on a Benjamin MILLSTEAD/MILSTEAD. In 1910 he was a city marshal living in Delaware Township, Wyandotte County, Kansas. Our library in Peoria, IL has little on Kansas history and I would like to find something about Benjamin and his work in the county. I have two excellent pictures of him, one a portrait with badge the other he has pistols strapped on with billy club in hand. Can someone refer me to a source?]
