The Kansas State Historical Society has microfilms of the newspapers available for interlibrary loan. Here is a link to their newspaper search page. Just enter the county and 1967 for the start and end dates. The results page will list all the papers published in the county that year. I also recommend that you take a look at the Society's interlibrary loan policies from the link on the search page.
