Looking for any information on John Maylon SMITH b. Oct. 1, 1872 in Maxinkuckee, IN who married Martha Eldora MAKIN in Winfield, KS, Cowley County on Dec. 27, 1892. John's parents were George and Jennie/Jenette Walker Smith. Martha was born Mar. 8, 1874 and her parents were Matthew and Lucinda Barrett Makin. Their children were Earl, Lester, Bessie and Lee. Martha had a son by a previous marriage named Frank Conner or O'Conner.
