Radio stations in 1940 included KFH, then and now at 1330 kc. in AM band. Their FM station began in 1948, as did KMUW-FM, a 10 watt station, the forerunner of the present 89.1 MHz station.

The present KLEO at 1480 kc. AM, was in 1940, KANS, that the same frequency...
