Trying to locate information on a Charles F and Seillie M Irelan. I have an autograph book of a Maggie Irelan and in it is autographs by her brother and sister in law, written Nov 4, 1888 in Manning Kansas. I know that Manning was a post office that opened the year of 1888 and was in use until 1955. This book was in the possession of my grandmother Blanch Dodd. Her mother was Almira Ellen Irelan, daughter of Nathan Irelan. Almira lived in Nebraska. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
