The CV stands for Clarence Vernon. He did live and die in Wathena Kansas. CV had 4 sons. Leroy, Frances, William and Martin. He had 2 daughters Wanda Wilson and Joyce Blackburn. One of these two women also does genealogy so that may be a goldmine there. CV also has 4 brothers and 5 sisters reportedly still living!
