My name is Ellen Voss. My father's name is Cecil Curtis Harvey. According to his obituary he was born in Clay, KS. He passed away in 1979 in Washtenaw County, Michigan. Would someone please be so kind and go to the courthouse and see if there is a birth certificate that I may purchase for Cecil Curtis Harvey and how much that would be? Both my parents are deceased and I haven't been able to find where my mother birth place either. She told me one place but they have no record of her birth. Any help would be helpful at this time.
