I am looking for the above named families.They are all related. Starting with Julia Whitney Averill, she was divorced, living in Atchison in 1870 with her daughter Laura Averill,living with her brother Eleazor Whitney, a hotel keeper. In 1872 Julia married Chauncey Abbott, divorced him in 1881. Laura married in 1879 to Fred Lincoln, of the Lincoln and White Candy company, later with the Lincoln Candy co. They lived their lives in Atchison and had three children, Leona, Edward and Frank. Leona married Ben Andrews and had two sons, Lincoln Russell and Frederick Winton Andrews. They both left Atchison and returned several years later. Lincoln married a second time to Eileen Morgan of ATtchison and had a daughter Patricia in 1951. He died in Atchison in 1962, Fred in 1998. Leona died December 10, 1946,in Atchison. Ben about 5 years or so later. I am looking for anything on anyone of these people, Julia Whitney Averill Abbott was my gg-grandmother. She was a wellknown dressmaker in the area. Can anyone help? Thank you in advance.
