I am trying to locate a copy of the marriage record for my ggparents. Mary Elizabeth was from Ford Co, IL but no marriage record has been found there.

I've been told my ggfather, Jacob Henry FRANCE, had moved to Sawyer, KS and went back to get Mary Elizabeth PHILLIPS so I am hoping a marriage record might exist in Pratt Co.

Is there a index database for marriage records where info on this marriage might be found?
