I am looking for records pertaining to the James Taylor Prout family. I do know they homesteaded in Cloud Co. in the 1870's. Their homestead was granted in 1875. I am also looking for the birth records of their first three sons: Victor Prout, Godlove Royal Prout and James Earnest Prout. If the land records exist, I would like to know for how long the family owned the land.

If anyone knows where I can write to obtain this information, I would appreciate knowing.
