I am searching for any information about Frank and Mary (Campbell) Wade from Lawrence, KS. They had two children, one was adopted and named Arleen E. Wade, born on 2/28/12 in Jackson County, MO or 3/2/12 in Edora, KS (Douglas County). Arleen is my grandmother, but she is unwilling to talk about her childhood. I know Frank was a mailman in Lawrence and Mary was a teacher at a Normal school (now called Junior College). Arleen married Ralph Emerson Purcell in Fort Scott, KS. They had a set of twins, Wade Ralph and Howard Thomas, on January 6, 1940. Please help we need to get a copy of her birth certificate and she is not helping at all. Any leads or ideas where I can find information would be greatly appreciated
