Does anyone have any information on the above family? The vanish after the 1860 census. At that time, they were living in Linn Co. with the following children: Martha, 9, b. MO; Charles, 6, b. MO; James, 4, b. KS; and John, 7/12, b. KS. Nimroe is 38, b. MO and Melvina (listed as Malvira in the census) is 32, b. KY.

I have found a marriage record for them in Lafayette Co., MO indicating that they married on 7 Oct. 1846.

Any information appreciated. Am particularly interested in son James.
