I am seeking information about this family, and for a web site where I could access birth and death certificates. Here is what I know:
They resided in Osborne County Kansas
Fred Kaser: (birth date unknown) (brother to Albert Kaser)died in 1927/28 suicide. Buried in Covert Cemetery- Covert, KS
Married: Vera Leora Westphall (Daughter of Mary Louise Knapp-Westphall) who was born in 1898. Died in 1986 in CA, buried in Covert Cemetery-Covert,KS

Children to Fred and Vera in order were: David, Midred, Charles (Chuck) Frederick - died 1961 in Indio,CA: Violet June (born 1924), Roy. All were born in Osborne County KS

In approximately 1927 to 1929 Fred Kaser was accused of murdering his brother Albert's entire family by setting the farm house on fire while they slept. Before the FBI investigation was complete, Fred Kaser committed suicide. Their dispute was over farm land.

Any help I could receive in tracking this families history would be greatly appreciated.
