Would appreciate any information on William Theodore KUHLMAN and his second wife Louisa Oakley Carlson KUHLMAN who lived in Ottawa, Franklin Co., KS. They were married 21 June 1910 in Ottawa. William died 13 December 1929 in Peoria Twp, and is buried in the Hope Cemetery. Who were Wm. parents and siblings. He had four brothers and two sisters still living at the time of his death.
