I have an unusual search. Yes, I do genealogy & have for 26 yrs. This is the only way I ever truly get help.
In 1975 & 1976 I lived in Kiowa, KS. I lived at 411 Miller St. & had a P.O. Box, but do not remember the number. My name was Alice F. Lacy. In Nov. 1976 I married Gary Uptergrove. In Nov/Dec 1976 I mailed an envelope with pictures in it to Harold & Esther Miller, 1113 W. Maple, Independence, KS 67301. I did not know that they had divorced & moved. Their forwarding address had expired. I moved in Jan. 1977 from Kiowa & numerous times after that. The letter with the pictures never reached the Miller family. I did not know this until recently. Their son, Jerry, my former husband was killed in a car accident in Feb. 1979. The pictures were of him. It is very important to me to find them. I know that 23 years have passed since they were mailed, but stranger things have happened. I know only those who do Genealogy would ever hope to recover or find something like this. I appreciate your kind and wonderful help.
