I am searching for info on John Christopher Martin born 1854 Buffalo N.Y. He came to Kansas in 1875. He worked on the railroad in Topeka for 7 yrs, then moved to UPLAND & ALIDA communities.His parenets were William & Mary Martin of Upland, siblings Henry, & Emma.1st married to Sophia Kroll, they had 2 daughters. 2nd married Mary Ellen Thomas Larson, this was her 2nd marriage also, being married 1st to Eric Larson.
John Christopher & Mary Ellen moved to Lyon Co. in 1899, where he died in 1925.He was taken back to Dickinson Co. & is buried there, somewhere ???
