I am researching my Cobb ancestors and related families. Andrew Jackson and Mary Elizabeth Cobb moved to Nemaha Co., Harrison Township, around 1873/4 from Andrew Co., MO. Andrew and Mary homesteaded property in Harrison Township. They had eight children living with them and all but one were married to residents of Nemaha Co. Their children were: James Alfred m. Lue McIlvane, Nancy Catherine "Katie" m. W. Scott Bontrager, Margaret Virginia "Maggie" m. Franklin S. "Jessie" Mayer, Elizabeth Frances "Lizzie" m. John "Jack" Hanley, George Benjamin m. Emma E. Hall, William A. m. Lillie Bird, Telitha Jane m. Charles W. Hunt, Isaac Francis m. Nellie D. Round.
