I am trying to find out about the mother of Charles Edward Bailey born 1884 in Greenwood county. Her maiden name was Lavisa or Louisa Ann Massengale. She may have remarried a Bias. Charles is also supposed to have had a brother named Elwood. Please post any info you may have.
