William Allen Porter b. 1807, Long Is, NY m. Molly Molissa Butts b. 1813 VT. Had 8 children: Nathaniel 1837, Joseph Franklin '40, Allen '42, Mary '44, Ogilvie c.'43 died age 4, 2nd Ogilvie '47, Sally '49, Frederick '58. William was farmer, railroad worker, grocer and mayor of Elwood, KS 1881-2. Interested in any related information on William, Molly or any children. He was my gggGrandfather through son Joseph.
