I'm seeking any information on William Harvey SPICER. He was born in Cannon County, Tn., 1841-1845. His parents were Solomon Ellis Spicer and Delitha Hatfield Spicer. He had a brother named Burton, who died in a prison camp in Illinois during the Civil War. A William H. Spicer applied for a pension in Trego County in 1883.
