I need help finding my heritage my gggrandmother was supposedly a cherokee indian I would like to find this information because my family has documtation to prove this. Her name was Tabitha Her last name I think was cokey but was changed to coker due to that her tribe ahd been murdered and her name and all the documtation was destored so that the murders would not get into trouble. Please help me and my family I do not no what to do and we do not a lot of money to hire a specialist to do it fo us. I need somebodies help.
