I am trying to find out if the house at 300A Main ST. in Burden, KS (County Seat Winfield)(across the street from the bank, on the corner)is the old home of my mother's great aunt. We have an original and a current photograph, but still are not sure. The current photo is missing the old summer kitchen and one of the windows is different. I am trying to find a way to research this without leaving Kansas City, so if anyone knows of a way to find out if George H. Prince(8/26/1848-4/29/1895) or Araminta Manser Prince(1854-1943) owned the house or property some time between 1860-1943, I would love to know how to obtain the information.
