Riland B. Kessinger served in Company F, 11th Ohio Cavalry and moved to Donniphan Co, Kansas following discharge in 1866. He is listed as dying 24 July 1913 in North Topeka, Shawnee County, Kansas. He had previously served in Co F, 26th Virginia Infantry (CSA), before becoming one of the "Galvanized Yankees" of the 11th OVC. Any info appreciated.
