Need information of George W. Williams b. ca 1800 TN who may have come to KS with his daughter, Hester FULTZ who died in Douglas co. in 1872. George and family resided in Carter co. KY in 1850, and Lewis co. KY in 1860. At least two of his daughters and their families came to KS before 1870. George was married to Rebecca BLEVINS who died in Carter co. KY in 1858. Children of George and Rebecca were America WILLIAMS b. ca 1830 who mar. Wm WAUGH; Sarah WILLIAMS b. ca 1832; Lavisa WILLIAMS who mar. Wm. R.JOHNSON and died in Jefferson co. KS; Catharine WILLIAMS b. ca 1836; Hester WILLIAMS b. 1837 who married Thomas FULTZ; Jesse WILLIAMS b. ca 1838; Elendor WILLIAMS b. ca 1839; Henry C. WILLIAMS b. ca 1847; Rebecca J. WILLIAMS b. ca 1848 & George W.WILLIAMS Jr. b. ca 1849. I would appreciate a census look-up for 1870 Douglas co. for this family if anyone has access to it. Any help greatly appreciated.
