I have a copy of the 1903 Circleville Plat book. It shows a Sam S Jolly having land. His land was bordered by B Francis, C.W. Glover, W.C. Spencer, F. A. McKeever, F.C. Nuzman, D.F. Chase and W. Enefer. It looks like there was a railroad that wend through the middle of the land and a stream from the southeast corner to the northeast corner. There is the number 80 so I am assuming that is the number of acres. I am checking with my mother to see if she has a History of Circleville book that may have more information. If I remember correctly, I think either she or my grandmother had some type of book on Circleville. I'm also having my mother check the Jackson County cemetery book to see if that might help. I hope this helps, will let you know if I come across anything else.
