Hello! Mark O. Rosacker here.

I am seeking information about the grave site of my paternal great great grandmother in Shawnee County. She died in 1871 or 1872 near Silver Lake, Kansas possibly in or near "Kingsville", which as I understand it was a cattle ranch or shipping point in Shawnee county at the time. Her name was Ida or Etta Koch, but she may have been buried under the last name Koch(maiden), Cook(Americanized and used in her son's obituary), Rosacker(early previous marriage), or Wohlgehagen(marriage at time of death). I believe her real name was Ida, but she appears on the 1870 Chicago census as "Etta".

I have previously and years ago tried to find her. My great uncle supposedly put a grave marker on her grave site sometime early on, but I have been unable to find any combination of her name(s)anywhere. I would expect to find her buried in a small family farm or ranch plot, but I just don't know.

ANY help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Thank You!
