My grandfather, Thomas CANNON LAWSON, b. 1894 Emporia to
William and Grizzie Ann CANNON LAWSON. Grizzie's parents
were Joseph and Clarissa McWILLIAM CANNON, Emporia
(formerly of Waddesdon, Buckinghamshire, England). Joseph
and Clarissa owned a farm on Plum Creek, five miles
northeast of Emporia. Particularly interested in Wm. J.
LAWSON and possibility he may have been visiting an Uncle
Thomas in Emporia when he met Grizzie CANNON. Interested in
family lore and photos.
