I'm researching the family of John W. Jarvis b 2 Jun 1862 Cleveland, Cuyahoga, Ohio m Viola Newman 1886 d 23 Nov 1912 Byron, Alfalfa, Oklahoma. Viola was b 2 Mar 1865 in Huntington, Cabell, Virginia d 17 Oct 1945 in Cherokee, Alfalfa, Oklahoma. They had 9 children:1) Lula A. b Mar 1887 Kansas, 2) Lewis Albert b 13 Feb 1889 Kansas d 28 Jun 1957 Wichita, Sedgwick, Kansas 3) Evangeline (Vangie) b Nov 1890 Kansas d abt 1923 probably Oklahoma 4) Clarence Kenneth (my Grandfather) b 19 Dec 1899 Byron, Woods, Oklahoma Territory d 26 Nov 1958 Wichita, Sedgwick, Kansas 5) Marita b 1901 Oklahoma 6) Blanche b 1906 Oklahoma 7) Vernon M. b 1908 Oklahoma 7) Geneva b 1900 - 1905 Oklahoma 8)Harry died young Oklahoma. What I need to know is where in Kansas were the 3 oldest children born. I'm guessing it was around Harper County and surrounding counties but I don't know for sure.
